ABA InternationalMartina Boylan co-founded The Red Door with a number of parents in 2001, taking up the role of Director of Education. Following a successful career in the IT industry, Martina trained as a Montessori teacher, and then completed her Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis in 2006 in the University of Wales, and obtained her BCBA one year later.

Ms. Boylan has presented at a number of ABA conferences in America and Ireland, and she received a Special Recognition Award for her achievements in the advancement of ABA from NYSABA, New York State Association of Behaviour Analysts in 2007.

In 2006, Ms. Boylan was the driving force behind The Red Door's Autism Conference. Further conferences followed in 2007 and 2008, and the next one is scheduled for June 2011.

Ms. Boylan is also a Director of Autism Ireland, the body which is the newly-recognised Patron Body of schools utilising evidence-based educational interventions.
