11th & 12th September 2010

Rude HealthRude Health at the RDS is back on Saturday September 11th and Sunday 12th with top class speakers on many aspects of health and well-being.

Run by the Irish Association of Health Stores (IAHS), this exhibition is open to the public, with a free admission ticket available from any member IAHS Health Food store. "As well as enjoying the expertise of our top speakers at Rude Health, you can also visit our exhibitor stands and enjoy tastings, cookery demos, and get free advice from qualified therapists on herbs, homeopathy, skin care and vitamins."

The speakers include Kathy Sinnott, who is presenting "Diet and Mental Health, with Particular Reference to Autism".

Many parents are already aware of the role of supplements and diet can play in the health of a person with autism. This exhibition offers an ideal opportunity to see the variety of products that are available in this area of health. The presentations by expert speakers, particularly Jan deVries and Patrick Holford, as well as Kathy Sinnott, should be of interest to everyone, whether or not effected by ASD.
