Painting walls and pictures
We were delighted to receive over 30 members of staff from Covidien last May. They came and helped to clear out and decorate one of our portacabins. It needed a lot of work - cleaning, sanding and eventually painting several rooms.
Not only did they paint indoors, but there were enough volunteers to form a team of outdoor artists. They helped to freshen up our play area, including the hop-scotch patch and our caterpillar.
We want to thank everyone who came, but in particular, the project team of Pierre Bellenger, Maria Calvo, Ann Royen, Karolina Szyper and Astrid Malachewitz for organising it all.
