Coffee & ChatMonthly Meetings

Our group's regular meetings are a mix of self-help support meetings and meetings at which there is a presentation of relevance. Informal, lots of chat, it is mostly mums who attend - but we hope to host a special dads evening soon.

Earlier meetings have included advice provided by our Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, and a presentation by one of Ireland's DAN Doctors. Dr Perry presented a fascinating overview, from her perspective, of moving from being a total sceptic to being now convinced of the efficacy of biomedical treatments for people with autism. We've had other presentations by our OT consultant - and hopefully, she'll come back again soon.

There is no charge for attending our regular monthly meeting, but because places are limited, people who wish to attend must pre-register by contacting Edel on (01) 663 7532, or by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

We will post the schedule of future meetings here, but they usually take place in our new Parent's Room in Monkstown.
