All pupils attending The Red Door have the following rights:

  • the right to be safe
  • the right to confidentiality
  • the right to privacy
  • the right to effective treatment
  • the right to choice, where possible
  • the right to access a standard level of reinforcement in their environment
  • the right to be treated with respect and due consideration at all times

Staff

All permanent and part-time staff at The Red Door, including administrative, tutors, supervisor, OT, SLT and consulting staff, have the following rights:

  • the right to be safe
  • the right to be treated with respect and due consideration at al times
  • the right to be supported and assisted at all times
  • the right to express their views and opinions

Families

Families of students of The Red Door have the following rights:

  • the right to confidentiality
